Meet Our Passionate leaders in Education
Mr. BVR.Murthy, Founder
Mr. BVR Murthy is a veteran educator whose three decades of experience have spanned the evolution of teaching, from “Chalk board to smart boards.” His extensive career covers teaching in India, the Cambridge curriculum in Doha, Qatar, and as a Math teacher and academic leader in the USA. He has served in leadership roles as a Vice Principal and Academic Coach and is a certified NIET evaluator & Trained evaluator by Arizona Department of Education.. Mr. Murthy is bringing world-class strategies to the Indo American International School in India, which he envisions expanding up to 12th grade.

Mr. Altin Galanxhi, Director of Curriculum and Instruction
Altin Galanxhi is a highly accomplished public school educator with a broad specialization in Mathematics, English, and Science instruction, having taught successfully from the junior high through the university level. He serves as an invaluable and pro bono (volunteer) Curriculum Advisor and Instructional Mentor for the Indo American International School, generously guiding the design, implementation, and refinement of our academic programs with a focus on integrating best-practice US teaching strategies.

Ms. Nagamani, Co-Founder
Ms. Nagamani co-founded this school to capture the essence of successful parenting within a structured learning environment. A former Assistant Manager at Centurion and Kotak Mahindra Banks, she placed her high-profile career on hold to manage her children’s education. Her unique success—raising a doctor and a FIDE-rated chess professional—is proof that her dedicated philosophy will guide every decision at our school. She firmly believes that a mother knows what is good for her kids better than any teacher, ensuring our programs are always rooted in genuine care and personalized strategy.

Dr. Vaishnavi Vennela, Advisory Head of Student Well-being and Development
Dr. Vennela brings a crucial and scientifically grounded perspective to the Indo American International School, focusing on the direct link between a student’s physical and mental health and their sustained academic success. As an expert advisor, she oversees key initiatives in student well-being, providing consultation on counseling services and nutrition to ensure every child has an optimal foundation for learning and personal growth. Beyond the school environment, Dr. Vennela leading valuable personality development programs with a special focus on uplifting and empowering women to achieve their full potential.

Ms.Manasa, Director of School Operations
Ms. Manasa is a highly skilled professional with substantial experience across various international school settings. She excels in complex school-community coordination, effectively bridging communication and operational gaps among faculty, students, and parents. Her background includes a proven ability to resolve a wide range of school-related issues, ensuring smooth daily operations and a positive learning environment. A key strength is her proficiency in leveraging technology to enhance efficiency, streamline communication, and support administrative and academic functions across the institution.
